The crust to sauce ratio is always right and the cheese is a good quality. Sometimes, I get a plain pie and add all my own toppings on it. Other times I enjoy one of their custom made pizzas. The garlic knots are good and vary from good to great. The people there are down to earth, friendly in a NY kinda way and cool. They have a lot to choose from and it always arrives piping hot and ready to eat. The customer service has always been good.
